Data Engineer – Operational Data

PHYSICIANS MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY

DUTIES:  Implements designs, develops, tests, and maintains the ETL scripts and jobs that are required to extract, transform, clean, and move data and metadata so that it can be loaded into a data warehouse, data mart, or operational data store.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of experience or, in the alternative, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field plus a minimum of 3 years of experience.  Experience required in operational data stores or data warehousing and relational database management systems or multi-dimensional database management systems.
